I am a registered accredited member of BACP. I have over 25+ years of working in Third Sector, NHS, Education & Private Sector. I work as a Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Trainer & Coach.
I work from a Integrative perspective – My Core Training is in Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Attachment modalities. Over the years I have trained in a variety of additional modalities which I’ve added to my tool kit . This enables me to work uniquely with and individual to meet their needs - Everyone is unique not one modality fits all.
I offer appointments remotely, across the UK & internationally.
I work with both Adults and Young People and my specialist area is – Trauma, Tradition & Culture within Small Communities. I have worked with presenting issues such as - Domestic Violence, Rape & Sexual Assault , Child Sexual Abuse, Honour Based Violence, Forced Marriage, Sexual Health Concerns, Pre & Post Termination – amongst a few.
Within therapy you may share intimate personal experiences therefore it is really important for you to connect with me which is the basis of creating a positive supportive therapeutic relationship. I always offer an initial consultation remotely to allow us both to decide if we are a fit to work with each other.

I am also a Clinical supervisor and provide supervision for clinicians that work with both young people and adults in multiple different settings.
